>論理的な不備の指摘は無理だから But there can be methodological issues. How you weigh one aspect of language against another is very important, sometimes it can lead to ridiculous results. For example (and an exaggerated example), measuring complexity by (vocabulary size)*(number of tones)*(average thickness of grammar books)*(total income of L1 speakers) results in Chinese being INFINITELY more complex than Japanese.
I hope I don't come off too confrontational. Your knowledge and willingness to share it is pretty respectable, it's just there's something I find it hard to agree with.
edit : measuring relative complexity by the ratio of the two language's (vocabulary size)*(number of tones)*(average thickness of grammar books)*(total income of L1 speakers)
>あと、英語力が中学生レベルだから、論点があまり読めないんだけど、 >言語の価値は総合力で判断すべしということかな? 論点は主に方法論(methodology)的に問題がある可能性がある / HOW, is the problem. As we can see in the example, complexity of Japanese is 0 which is ridiculous. Undoubtedly there's an "error", if we follow the equation we'll always get 0 for any non-tonal languages. The problem lies in the method to measure complexity, i.e. the equation itself is the problem. With flawed method we may not get meaningful results. But does "perfect method" exists? In my opinion it is very hard, probably impossible, to find THE perfect method. What should be in the equation? Which should be given more weight, semantics or morpho-syntactic? Others may not agreed with you here. And when they don't, your result is meaningless to them. Thus, seeking consensus is very important. Forcing your own conclusion as fact onto those who don't share your method often results in conflicts.
And that's one of the aspects I, as someone who's in the artlang camp, don't like about auxlangings : it seems auxlangers (not all of them, of course) are more prone to dissing each others' works as inferior. IMO this attitude can be harmful, especially in artlanging. Shouldn't Artlang, as an art, be appreciated by its beauty, rather than it's statistics? Because of this, many conlangers only criticize when a conlang doesn't meet its design goals.
PS: That's also the reason when an Arka practitioner (probably the author... or is that you?) go trolling on the board I lurk in, many find the "claims to be artlanging but acts like an auxlanger" jarring. Sometimes, how we value conlangs is quite different.

I was really astonished. The real author of arka had "co-authors". Shizuka Mizuki is a Japanese female name. I guess she was one of the pupils of him. Excuse her being just a young, unsophisticated girl, not a nerd guy(!) Seren san is politer than her.

>>779 コメントのカタカナのところを見ながらなんとなく類推するしかないんじゃないかな。 日本語曲の洋楽カバーみたいに音の分割・結合をすればそれっぽくはなると思うけど。 あと、アルカはフランス語同様に激しくアンシェヌマンが起こるから、注意だね。 et e tuk seinはエテテゥッセインみたいに聞こえるのです。
It's easy for me to fix your bicycleは、 ∩|||∩ アルカで言うtu et sof slen an xel kea yame tiilなのです。φc=・д・= itは形式主語で、"to fix your bicycle" is easy for meと同じ意味なのです。 forは、アルカの構文で言うslenで、ここでは「〜にとって」という主観格なのです。 toはここではアルカのxelに当たって、主語同格で、to以下の節が、 itのところに代入されることを示しているよ。
